Tax

Our tax consultants give advice to companies, their shareholders and directors relating to all areas of tax law.

A lot of emphasis is placed on their training due to constantly changing fiscal regulations.

In this way, we can offer added value to small and medium sized companies both at a national and international level.

Today it is no longer adequate only to have attention for the correct balance sheet; care must also be taken of fiscal obligations and optimisation.

(personal tax, company tax, VAT, inheritance tax);
- checking the optimal legal company form;
- optimising and restructuring taxability relating to the company and individual;

- estate planning (gifts, wills, tontine, trust, administration office);

Legal

Our lawyers are principally concerned with company and contract law. But we can also be of service to our clients in relation to other aspects of law.

Considering that we advise many family businesses in relation to inheritance, we are equally well acquainted with inheritance law and marital capital law

 

With regard to company law we are often consulted:

- at the establishment (choice of company form, articles of association, relations between shareholders, distribution certificate, commercial register)

during operations (board of directors, shareholders, convocations, minutes, collaboration with other companies)

- during reorganisations (division, merger, contribution).


We also offer our clients the possibility of housing their companies registered office in our offices

- the management of the accounts;

- drafting and completing VAT registration;

- all obligations relating to the annual closure of the accounts (drawing up and publishing the annual accounts, registration of company tax)
